4. Services
Roam provides services the purpose of which is to connect Travellers to Travel Providers through our online platform in order to purchase Tourism Products. We have been authorised by Travel Providers to sell their Tourism Products as Merchant of Record.
- Payment: You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge the full amount for your booking.
- Cancellations & Modifications: Any changes to your booking are subject to the cancellation and modification policies presented at the time of making your booking.
5. User Accounts
To make a booking, you may need to create an account with Roam. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the security of your account by not sharing your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account.
Roam reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms of Use.
6. Content Submitted by Users
You may submit User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Roam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content in connection with the Platform.
You agree that your User Content:
- Does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Is not defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.
- Does not contain spam or advertising material.
